My field of research is Sociolinguistics; mainly focuses on bilingualism (or Multilingualism / language use) and identity. Since I’m Coda (Hearing Children of Deaf Adult/s) myself, I have been interested in and studying bilingualism and identity of Coda and Deaf. I am also working as Assistant Professor at Office for DEI Coproduction Strategies, IncluDE, The University of Tokyo. I teach classes at Seisen University and Tokyo Women’s Christian University as a part-time teacher.

研究分野は社会言語学で、主にバイリンガリズム（マルチリンガリズムや言語使用も含む）やアイデンティティについて主に研究しています。私自身がコーダであることから、コーダとろう者のバイリンガリズムやアイデンティティについて興味があり研究をしてきました。また、東京大学多様性包摂協創センターDEI共創推進戦略室で助教としても勤務しています。清泉女子大学や東京女子大学で非常勤講師も務めています。
