On November 23, 2024, Xin QING (Charlie), along with a group of Japanese and Korean students, did a presentation titled “Rethinking Life Choices Beyond the ‘Child Penalty’: A Participatory Curriculum with Experiential, Inclusive, Norm-Critical Narratives” at the Youth Session of Tokyo Forum 2024: Shaping the Future co-organized by the University of Tokyo and Chey Institute for Advanced Studies at Yasuda Auditorium, University of Tokyo, Japan.

2024年11月23日に、Xin QING (Charlie) は東京大学安田講堂で開催された、東京大学と韓国・崔鐘賢学術院（Chey Institute for Advanced Studies）と共同主催の「東京フォーラム2024：Shaping the Future」のユースセッションで、日本および韓国の学生グループと共に「『子どもペナルティ』を超えた人生選択の再考：体験的・包摂的・規範批判的な語りを活用した参加型課程」と題した研究発表を行いました。

Xin was also invited to the Wrap-Up Session: Dialogues for Tomorrow, along with other three student representatives, to have a conversation with President Fujii of the University of Tokyo. During the session, Xin asked questions related to means to reconnect the divided world and the detached academia, additional gender safety and equality measures needed on campus, and universities’ responsibilities in facilitating decision-making amid uncertainties.

Xinは、他の3名の学生代表と共に「 最終セッション：明日への対話」に招待され、東京大学・藤井総長との対談に参加しました。セッションでは、分断された世界と孤立する学界を再びつなげる手段、キャンパス内で必要とされるさらなるジェンダー安全対策と平等推進策、不確実性の中で意思決定を支援する大学の責任に関する質問を投げかけました。
